Philippe Levesque

Position: Principal/Director
Specialist in: Retail & Office Properties
Area of Focus: Inner West Brisbane

Phil holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Masters in Commerce (Applied Finance) both form the University of Queensland. Phil has been working as a commercial property agent since 2002 apart from a year spent working as a Financial Analyst for the Laurentian Bank in his home town of Montreal, Canada. He is a well travelled, bilingual individual who has visited almost every continent in the world and has also studied in Europe.

Huw Feeney

Position: Director
Specialist in: Industrial Properties
Area of Focus: Inner South Brisbane

Huw holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland and has worked in sales and Business Development since 2004 in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. Huw has had a passion for real estate and property since working for Re/Max Action during his university years and is dedicated to building the reputation of FAL Commercial for the foreseeable future.

Michael Baird

Position: Sales & Lease Executive
Specialist in: Retail & Office Properties
Area of Focus: Inner North Brisbane

Michael holds a Bachelor in Property Economics and also has a strong background in residential property sales. He has made the move over the commercial property sector by following his passion for the industry. Michael is a motivated agent who brings local knowledge, personality and motivation to every property transaction for his clients. He is a strong asset to the FAL Commercial team; and can be trusted to work hard to bring the best results to his lessors and vendors.

Mitchell Taulelei

Position: Sales & Lease Executive
Specialist in: Industrial Properties
Area of Focus: Inner South West Brisbane

Mitch holds a Bachelor in Business. Before pursuing his career in commercial real estate, he was involved in residential property sales. His interest lies in the commercial sector, in particular industrial properties. Mitch possesses all the right qualities to perform as an agent: easy to deal with, committed, reliable and passionate.
