IT Genie pops up at Taringa Courier Mail - 15 August 2008
An IT company specialising in medical software has secured office space in the tightly held Brisbane fringe market of Taringa.
The group, Genie Solutions, has secured the entire top floor of the two storey office building at 1 Swann Rd, Taringa is a deal worth $174,00 gross a year.
It has taken over the space which was previously occupied by architect and engineering group ETS. The group has moved to Coronation Drive in Toowong. Phil Levesque and Huw Feeny, of FAL Comercial, negotiated the Swann Road Lease.
